Star Trekking

I, Wei Keong, and Gary went to East Coast Park with SP-Astronomers to East Coast Park for Star Trekking. I met Wei Keong and Gary at 5pm. We arrived at East Coast Park at 6 and the star trekking began at 8pm. We walked to McD for our dinner. On the way we decided to rent bicycles and cycled till 7.40

We stopped cycling for a while and tried to write somethin on the sand.

Get the message? We tried to put our handprints near the message, but all we got is just the mess. We wrote something else…

After our dinner, we walked back to the pier for the star trekking. It was so cloudy and we couldn’t see any star. We just did chit chat until some stars were visible.

We saw the Saturn and Jupiter using the telescope. After the midnight, we observed star constellations like the Crux, Centaurs, and Lupus. It was fun!

At 4am, I, Wei Keong, and Gary walked to McD to get something to eat. I ordered McChicken.

5am: We decided to go home. We walked through underpass…

Walking pass a hawker centre…

And waited for the bus to take us to Paya Lebar MRT station.
