The last post in “Happy Life” series was “Life Goes On” which inspired me to move on despite the difficulties that bogged me down. Now what would we do when gossip and foul stories strike?
Still in the same series, here’s the next part of the “Happy Life” series:
Following last post in “Happy Life” series about forgiveness, here’s a few tips and inspiring words on moving on. Keep your life going, stay positive, let the time heal and hang on the hope that the best is yet to come.
The last post in “Happy Life” series was about argument, fairness and stress which inspired me on how to deal with the three things. Forgive and let go. Yeah surely it’s easier said than done, but the whole process can be summed up as a rainbow after the rain which worth to see.

The last post in “Happy Life” series was about our day which inspired me on how to live my day to its fullest.
Still in the same series, here’s the next part of the “Happy Life” series:
Late last year I posted “Take a Walk” with a photo of two kids and some chickens, captioned “Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day and while you walk, smile.”
The picture is one of a series of inspirational quotes for our daily life. Here’s the first part of the “Happy Life” series about our day.
Wiki: In psychology and human communication, validation is the reciprocated communication of respect which communicates that the other’s opinions are acknowledged, respected, heard, and (regardless whether or not the listener actually agrees with the content), they are being treated with genuine respect as a legitimate expression of their feelings, rather than marginalized or dismissed.
This inspiring short film is about the human spirit imbued with the power of optimism and positive thinking, which reminds me of yellow “Live Strong” bracelet I’m wearing. Find out more about the yellow bracelet and Lance Armstrong from the official website.
Although there are a few other concrete cases where the impact of positive thinking is strongly interlinked with physical healing, the accuracy is still debated.
A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles and the girl had some sweets with her. The boy told the girl that he will give her all his marbles in exchange for her sweets. The girl agreed.
The boy kept the biggest and the most beautiful marble aside and gave the rest to the girl. The girl gave him all her sweets as she had promised.
While the girl slept peacefully that night, the boy hardly could sleep as he kept wondering if the girl had hidden some sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble.
Moral of the story: If you don’t give your hundred percent in a relationship, you’ll always keep doubting if the other person has given his/her hundred percent. This is applicable for any relationship like love, friendship, employer-employee relationship, and so on. Give your all, your hundred percent to everything you do and sleep peacefully.
Even as mega banks topple, Juan Enriquez says the big reboot is yet to come. But don’t look for it on your ballot or in the stock exchange. It’ll come from science labs, and it promises keener bodies and minds. Our kids are gonna be… just different.
Enriquez said the fact that we are the only living species of humans is an anomaly – or at least out of sync with the history. Millions of years ago, there were as many as five different species of humans co-existing on the planet.
Well, perhaps modern humans like us are the end result of all evolution. Aren’t we smart and capable enough to domesticate and cultivate the nature, or even conquer the world?
And perhaps we have reached the very pinnacle of natural selection and genetic drift. (Darwin?)
On the other hand, as Enriquez suggested, perhaps those are slightly arrogant conclusions.
Spare your eighteen minutes and let Enriquez show you his perspective. Arstechnica has also published a decent and thorough article about Enriquez keynote.
Juan Enriquez will change your view of change itself.
