My computer has been faithfully serve my needs in 17 days without a hitch! Seventeen days. A number that I couldn’t even imagine when I was using my Compaq notebook three years ago. Gone are those days where I spent a whole day just to clean-up and do maintenance to keep the Windows running.

Oh hey, it’s July now! Just a few more weeks before the national day!

Looks like carnival flags, huh?

And just FYI… Indonesia and Singapore flags have same basic colors: red and white. National day of both countries are also in August. It’s now a perfect time to put on red-and-white theme on my blog and display picture.

Haha.. I’m so glad that today is another ‘tujuhbelasan’ celebration in this country. ‘Tujubelasan’ is our lovely term for National Day. Indonesians celebrate National Day on 17 August.

I went out with Indonesian friends and there was also fireworks festival at Marina Bay. So we walked to Esplanade to watch the fireworks after our dinner at Suntec. And as usual, hundreds of photos were taken. Not the fireworks, it’s us in most of the photos.

We took lots of photos after the fireworks and on our way back to MRT station we stopped at several places to take more photos! Hahaha.. People around us were questioning themselves how could we have such photo-craze. :P I’ll put the photos here after they’re uploaded.
