Recent disasters in various countries get violent more than ever and the environment is badly damaged. This reminds me of the inconvenient truth; you should read or watch it if you haven’t.

Last Sunday was my regular blood donation, my regular tri-monthly activity. My last recent blood donation wasn’t the usual and that’s why it’s posted here.
I spoke to SupernovaTeam about blood donation a few days before my regular blood donation day. WaiPhyo was interested in this honourable act and agreed to go together with me! 
I’m so glad to be able to give positive influence to people around me
I went to Blood Bank right after the church service ended at 1 PM. I had some snacks on the way and met Wai Phyo at Outram Park station. We walked into the Blood Bank 15 minutes before it closed and it was unusually crowded on that day.
We filled in the forms and went through several quick checks.
